There are no vocals on either version. The one with the violin melody is lovely for learning the hymn or singing along at home. The one without leaves the melody completely open, which is the version you want when you are the voice out front. The arrangement drives along at 101 BPM with banjo, mandolin, and acoustic guitars in a bluegrass gospel style, and the band takes an instrumental verse and chorus before carrying you into the final verse.
