Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Rosemary's music. Please review our policy below before purchasing.

Digital products

All sales of digital products — including MP3 single and album downloads, digital sheet music, and backing tracks — are final and non-refundable. Because these items are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally buy a digital product you already own or did not intend to purchase, please contact us and we'll review your request for a refund of the duplicate.

Technical issues: If you have trouble downloading or accessing a digital product — a broken link, a file that won't open, or a corrupted file — reach out and we'll make sure you get a working copy at no charge.

Physical products

All sales of physical albums are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Email merch@saxandviolin.com with your order number and a description of the issue (and a photo, for physical items). We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
